We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Product Safety

Many of our products are intended for costume use only and may not provide actual protection. This is especially true for:

  • Face masks and gaiters (not medical-grade protection)
  • Costume props (not functional weapons or tools)
  • Small parts that may present choking hazards for young children

3. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing Orders

Pricing and Payment

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 days after shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs or other factors outside our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return:

  4. Securely package the item in its original packaging (unworn, unaltered, with all tags intact)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items (these are final sale):

  • Face masks & Gaiters
  • Fake Beards & Facial Hair
  • Fangs & Teeth
  • Any opened or used cosmetic items (e.g., Hair Color Spray)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account
