Below, you’ll find all the details on our shipping and returns policies—so you can shop with confidence!
Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring our frightfully fantastic products right to your doorstep. Here’s how we do it:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We work faster than a vampire at midnight to get your goodies ready!
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for delivery. Your order will arrive within 10-15 days after shipping. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after shipping. Perfect for those big hauls!
Please note: Shipping times may vary due to customs or other factors outside our control, but we’ll do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in time for your spooky celebrations!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a costume might not fit quite right, or a prop might not be as expected. No worries—our returns process is easier than slipping on one of our Easy Costumes! Here’s how it works:
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than a ghost in a haunted house!) with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging (unworn, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact).
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (we’ll provide the full details in our email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item right away!
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items (these are final sale):
- Face masks & Gaiters
- Fake Beards & Facial Hair
- Fangs & Teeth
- Any opened or used cosmetic items (e.g., Hair Color Spray)
This ensures everyone’s health and safety—thank you for understanding!
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
