However, we understand that sometimes a costume might not fit right, or a prop might not be exactly what you expected. Don’t worry—we’ve got a returns process that’s easier than putting on one of our Easy Costumes!

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Face masks & Gaiters
  • Fake Beards & Facial Hair
  • Fangs & Teeth
  • Any opened or used cosmetic items like Hair Color Spray

These items are final sale to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than a ghost in a haunted house!) with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (we’ll provide the full details in our email).
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
